This is a hands-on course that covers the many aspects of the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) processes. This course is beneficial for engineers, quality and technical personnel, managers, and others who have direct responsibilities for process improvement and standardization.

Course highlights include:
  • Understand the steps within the APQP Process
  • Become familiar with AIAG forms
  • Be able to prepare a control plan
  • Understand the various elements of an FMEA
  • Learn the proper techniques for PPAP submission
  • Implement PSW requirements
  • Document retention practices
Notes: There is no prerequisite for this class. The handout material and a certificate of completion are included with the course fee.
