This advanced course provides the student with the foundation for building a robust process by using the machine’s instrumentation to determine the resins rheological characteristics in order to process from the plastic’s point of view. This is an applications course with hands-on lab experience. Upon completion, the student should be able to build a decoupled process from zero.

Notes: Injection Molding Processing I (P105) is a prerequisite for this class. The handout material and a certificate of completion are included with the course fee.
