Broken down by parts, the failure mode ascertains what can go wrong, while the effects analysis studies the consequences of the failure. This course is especially important to program managers, engineers, quality managers and technicians, team members, and anyone involved in new product launches.

Course highlights include:
  • Understand the different types of FMEA’s: Design and Process
  • Assess the severity, occurrence, and detection numbers properly
  • Learn methodology for eliminating unnecessary design and process risks
  • Relate PFMEA to the control plan
  • Understand customer requirements
